During these appointments, your Central Jersey Family Physicians doctor talks with you about your personal and family health history and performs a physical exam. But they don’t stop there. They also use this time to talk with you about your health goals, developing a personalized plan to help you reach them. 

What’s more, your Wellness Program membership allows your Central Jersey Family Physicians provider to perform all of the right screenings and diagnostic tests based on your current health, your family history, and other factors. While some of these tests usually aren’t covered by insurance, they’re included with your Wellness Program membership. This allows Central Jersey Family Physicians to catch any conditions early when they’re easiest to treat. In short, these regular wellness checkups protect your health.
